so this was taken at jakes photo workshop - this was my first look out of three. i can not wait to see the rest of the photos ... i love this one. and i didnt really know what was on my head up until i saw this photograph. i cant believe its me... but it is. yay

i've been away for a while, here is why

as you all know i've been away in utah for the past week , it was a good but exhausting time. i really miss it and i am torn between utah & california. i think i want to move back. but it doesn't seem logical sometimes. i have to think a lot about it . because i really miss and love all my friends there. we will see when the time comes. i'm not going to post up all the photos at once, but here are some randoms i like a lot. i cant wait for simon to post up the ones from his camera and nicole too. they both got good photos! i miss everyone already. especially my sammer & nicole. sigh.

this is my favorite photo of a human being i've ever taken & it was all an accident. this is maddie, one of the models at the workshop. my iso wasn't high enough, this is what came out! i LOVE it. i tried it in b&w too, but the color version is the original i didn't even have to edit it.. YES!


this is jack - my best lokes baby boy . he is so funny & cute to hang out with.


this is train tracks. i spent some time here & watched two big trains roll past slowly. it was amazing. i really like trains a lot

my books & school work arrived from India the other day - delivered to me in this WONDERFUL package. wrapped in cloth, sewn together, & stamped with wax. & the diamond stitching ... so special, just for a note for customs. Can't wait to complete it all.

My old good friend Amanda and i are driving to Utah on March 4... and leaving march 9th. I'm excited and i can't wait to see my friends. I'm going to be in Jake Garns workshop on the 6th :

tomorrow i'm going to a Footbath Party... hippie themed. I'm bringing my camera to take photos .. i'll explain everything when i post the photos so you wont all be confused. Then sunday (valentines day.. ugh) my parents are having a couples Bunco party ... i invited my friend gabe to play with me. & my friend Amanda. i need one more person. we'll see. I hope i win the $$ ... heh



This past week i've been really sad & unhappy but on TUESDAY things picked up and now i'm winning at life and everything is happy again. I have my best friend back and i'm pleased. for the time being... cross your fingers it STAYS good.
i really miss the summer time and the beach and the warm sun to warm my soul. I need a vacation an island... maybe spring break i'll break away and live a little. I dont know, i just need to go FAR and clear my head and recharge and get ready for work to pick up again. I've been so dormant from everything for too long... it takes a toll. Never stop livin ... never stop moving and thinkin and doin. trust me

its beautiful here. love it. its so green and .. its like a rain forest. the house i am staying at is amazing & colorful. i will write more later. i get to use gregs d100.. so excited for that! he also has a d300 so i will get to hold it before i one of my own! yippee

ive been gone for a while

no internet at my apartment YET,

i had a good photoshoot with jake last week.
it was really fun.

my apartment is wonderful. i love it. we need a new a dining table with chairs. a lamp for the living room. a rug. new couches, chairs, side tables. i need a desk or something in my room. need need. blah. good bye. call me lets go eat or something.
