lush & a wedding

so mitch finally came back from the east coast on wednesday and he brought me back surprises! he went to this store called Lush and got me bath soaps, bath bombs & bath melts. he got me this sea salt scrub that is divine oh and he also got me this lotion called Dream Cream that is amazzzzing. he got Hope in a Jar for my face because i have dry skin. and basically i am a smooth skinned, soft & moisturized lady now thanks to him. still so happy with my fun cosmetics he brought me. I have a great thoughtful boyfriend. since when have i been this lucky?

Tonight I am cooking dinner for Mitch's parents, niece, nephew & brother. I'm excited to feed everyone my food.

last night i attended Jake & Lauras wedding ..... it was cool . the last wedding i attended was my Fairy Godmothers which was quite a long time ago. I've been to about 40 or more weddings but i've always worked at them... being a guest at one like last night is a whole different story. i really liked it. It was pretty & relaxed. And i realized it was Mitch & I's first appearance as a couple in public around lots of people. hahaha. i mean we've gone out in public and stuff but not to events. i really enjoyed it. Cheers to Jake & Laura for tying the knot.

thankful for .. walkin closets

(the double as a hideout) i am thankful for my cat.. anouk seldean. i love her more than anything. i am thankful for my totally radical family. because they are hilarious and keep not only my family.. but EVERYONE on their toes. i am thankful for my car.. my trusty subaru legacy outback. for sweet warm candles & chocolate. for my friends near and far - old & young. for lots and lots of things.but today .. i am thankful for my leather boots and leather jacket because it is going to rain.

i am going down to sacramento today to see brooke.. whom i have not seen in a long long time. jackie is coming with me because she is home for a couple days too. i haven't seen either of them for quite some time. i am excited. we are going to get tea.

i took some photos of my thanksgiving last night. well, of the dessert. hahahaha ... & we didn't eat the cat food.. i got those for my 3 cats.. don't judge me.. i love my cats.

that apple pie was cracking me up because it was so tall. and that was their smallest one! they come in sizes.. we got the apple and the pumpkin pies from the Kids INC farm.. sooo yummy. im going to have pumpkin pie for breakfast. i am disgusting when it comes to eating food. i never eat it at the right time. but i dont even care.
i tried to make sams moms recipe of breadsticks and i thought i was doing great but they didnt even work! they didnt rise at all. and i put yeast in. yeast hates me. i am not a very good baker. but i can cook. one day i'll learn to make breadsticks the right way.

first farewell

i had my first goodbye. me and brooke happened to both be wearing california shirts. (homegrown & hollister) we thought it was a sign of some sort. she might be moving to hawaii, its not a sure thing. but if she does i am so visiting all the time.

today i returned my school books. got a hawaiian pizza, a yoohoo, 2 truffles, a cartoon of goldfish, 6 salt water vanilla taffys and ... i'm eating them all. i've been slowly packing up my things. i have so much stuff. i'm nervous but very excited. i need to find a temp job, i'm not too worried but still... minimum wage in utah is a joke.

i rented milo and otis , because i haven't seen that since i was maybe 8 or 9 years old. reminiscing is my favorite thing, above anything, to do... and i've said that before. i get a new phone tomorrow, i'm switching to verizon. 

i need new shorts. oh dang.
