imagine this

today i drove past some clouds laying low in the orchards. i wanted to pull over & touch them & walk in them. just to see if it felt any different. i regret not pulling over. but maybe i can do it again one day. i've always wanted to feel the clouds.

today it was damp, sprinkles of rain off & on, over cast, foggy.. but not that cold. i felt like i was in santa cruz. i swear i could smell the eucalyptus trees and everything. it felt like i was by the coast. i think i need to go down there. and pick up the eucalyptus bulbs again. wake up to those over cast ledges by the ocean. walk around in the towns. ride a bike. smell that air that is somehow so unique. walk thru those tall wind blown trees. a certain kind of momentary bliss.

friday night

super lame night .

stayed home due to the fact that there was ABSOLUTELY nothing going on. plus its raining.. so stupid. so i did some yoga, drank two cups of tea (peach ginger & nettle) watched some family guy and then decided it would be in my better interest to pop one of my all time favorite movies in the player & soak up all the gloriousness of none other than : Pulp Fiction.

if you don't like that movie... we can't be friends.
its so rich in awesomeness that i sometimes cant even comprehend. i'm a big fan of Kill Bill & Desperado too. know what i'm sayin? I own the box set of El Mariachi, Desperado & Once Upon a Time in Mexcio.... all good movies i need to re-watch in the near future.


so today i went ahead and sent a post card to : Send me a million postcards
i am going to recommend that YOU do it too. because why not? how much fun would that be? people are so clever and fun and interesting. i love people.

tomorrow i'm headin over to the Coloma house for some quality hot-tubbin & wine/champagne drinkin with audra & jackie and whom ever else.. girls only tho. should be fun. we WERE planning on having a river day BUT of course it decided to rain & be ridiculous. so we can't lay out by the pool or chill by the river. hot tub it is ... hot tubs are such a great invention.



well this post has been sufficiently BORING. so i should stop here.

why do you like me?

why do people like me? what is it about me that people like? cause i have no idea.

i don't think i'm that cool.. i've always kinda thought i was a loser who made bad jokes, made faces in pictures and laughed at inappropriate things. i'm also kind of rude and i spend way too much time on the computer. (in my defense, i live in the country & i hate driving all around & spending money. plus i am taking online courses.. so back off)

but i really am curious. WHY do you like ME? i want reasons.. i need to compile them and put them in a notebook to remind myself that at one point people actually liked me.. just in case everyone stops liking me for some reason. (see above: 'rude' & 'laughs at inappropriate things')

storm has arrived

its windy outside and really rainy. i kinda like it but my feet got wet. my boots aren't good for the rain anymore. this is a dilemma. it means i really actually for real need new shoes/boots. oh dear. i'm going to go make some tea and write my essay. oh boy.

how come i'm always waiting for something? i'm always saying "i cant wait until..." its funny. i'm just really impatient. but really, i can't wait until a lot of things. i need to just relax. its been pouring rain the past couple days, drenched. fresh and clean. i went to the thrift store today - got a couple neat things. two butterflies in frames. i left my other butterfly case in utah so i'll pick that back up when i go out to visit.. in 16 days. saturday from 5:30 till late i am busy on the 21st. garn shoot. can't give too many details about that away. one of those days i have to see natsilly & mikenna.

so obsessed with tagalongs lately. we have a box full of them. bad idea. i keep taking hundreds at a time. i've been working out like crazy lately too. i think i am just going in circles. i've been doing a lot of cardio to work out my legs. my legs are really the only thing that need work. where is everyone? lets talk and discuss lives. in the mean time, here are some tagalongs, a flyer for a rally in sacramento, and ... a cat in a bag

rain

rainy day. i woke up to a freezing cold house. AND i woke up late. but i got everything done. very rushed, but i got it all done before 8. but presley never showed up at my door. so i'm pretty bummed. i don't know why she isn't here. natalies phone is turned off. but oh well.

i'm using my heater for the 2nd time since living here. when we first moved in i used it for a bit. my house is really clean, i cleaned it all up yesterday. so its nice to be all cozy in here. i just wish our computer desk was installed so i could do a puzzle on the dining room table. but the computer is here. i've really done nothing today. i ate too much. i watched really bad tv & sat on the computer internet shopping, but didn't buy anything. i work 5-8 tonight setting up for tomorrows event. which takes place at 5 in the morning. AH! but i only work till 11. which is better than working 6:30 to 3:30 like the other day.

storm

i really hope it storms here in the valley tonight. it was raining & thundering up in the mountains at albion today. it was so pretty up there. got eaten alive by mosquitoes...

me, easton & eli went on a little hike. it was really nice, its super green up there now with tons of wild flowers.

but, it started to rain near the end of our little get together, so we packed up and headed out.
